Sherry uses many modalities, including tuning forks, sound therapy, Bio energetics and a variety of other energy modalities to assist clients on their healing journey. As well, she teaches a variety of classes and workshops ranging from crystal classes to meditations. Experience the power of the gong – let them move you forward towards peace, harmony and health. Take a journey with Sherry to access the ancient wisdom within.
Sherry uses the sounds of the gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and other instruments to create an environment of relaxation and healing. The vibrations of these unique sounds can soothe, shift and heal your mind, body and spirit.


Graeme is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (ACCT #3290) based in Canmore, Alberta, with over 20 years of experience in Transpersonal Therapy. He is the founder of Man Aligned Men’s Work and a Sacred Sons facilitator, guiding men through transformational journeys and addressing issues like addiction, trauma, and PTSD. His holistic approach includes somatic work, breathwork, and Kundalini Yoga.
An inner child workshop, where participants will have the opportunity through the use of various therapeutic modalities, to reconnect with younger versions of themselves. We will utilize, breathe, movement, sound and play to remember those parts of ourselves that perhaps have been left alone for a while. This is a workshop focused on remembrance, reunification, play and rest.


Tyrone is a fitness expert specializing in primal workouts, a training method based on natural human movement. His approach focuses on functional strength, mobility, endurance, and agility, using bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, and natural elements. With a passion for reconnecting movement with nature, Tyrone helps individuals build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall fitness through dynamic, instinctive workouts.
Primal workouts are fitness routines inspired by natural human movements and ancestral physical activities. They focus on functional strength, mobility, endurance, and agility, mimicking the movements our ancestors used for survival. These workouts are designed to enhance overall fitness through bodyweight exercises, dynamic movements, and a connection to nature.
