• Tap into your intuitive abilities
• Uncover emotional, energetic & spiritual reasons behind symptoms & situations

• Connect to Divine Guidance
• Awaken to Trust in your Soul’s Blueprint to Authentic Health
• Explore how to heal through play, not effort.
• Remember the power of Sacred Community

Sherry uses the sounds of the gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and other instruments to create an environment of relaxation and healing. The vibrations of these unique sounds can soothe, shift and heal your mind, body and spirit.

When we’re triggered, we often get trapped in story, labels, judgments, and
reactive language. This workshop introduces a practical shift: moving from the story into the feelings and needs that are alive underneath. You’ll practice a clear communication formula that helps you reconnect with “life-serving energy” and talk in a way that creates understanding.

Primal workouts are fitness routines inspired by natural human movements and ancestral physical activities. They focus on functional strength, mobility, endurance, and agility, mimicking the movements our ancestors used for survival. These workouts are designed to enhance overall fitness through bodyweight exercises, dynamic movements, and a connection to nature.

Coming Home to the Body: Nervous System Regulation Through Tantra is a gentle, trauma-aware workshop designed to help you feel safe, present, and embodied again.
Led by Shelby and Tyrone, this 120-minute experience weaves sacred Tantric principles with Simple, grounded daily practices you can actually live with. Rather than treating Tantra as something ceremonial or occasional, this class makes it accessible, practical, and deeply integrative—supporting your nervous system, your body, and your inner sense of safety in real time.
Through conscious breath, subtle movement, self-touch, and guided awareness, participants learn how to listen to the body instead of overriding it, soften out of survival patterns, and rebuild trust with themselves. Tantra here is not about performance or transcendence—it is about presence, sensation, and learning how to be at home in your own skin.
This is not therapy, but a somatic awareness practice rooted in classical Tantra. You’ll leave with practical tools for regulation, a kinder relationship with your body, and an embodied understanding of Tantra as a true mind-body-soul practice—one that can support healing, resilience, and a more grounded, magnetized way of living.
