I began my journey of transformation after years of navigating chronic stress while balancing a demanding teaching career, running a collaborative studio, serving on committees, coaching, and raising teenagers. Eventually, the constant pressure took its toll on my health, and I was faced with the possibility of a life-threatening illness.
That wake-up call became a turning point. I made the bold choice to step away from my career, release overwhelming commitments, and move with my family to Costa Rica in search of healing and clarity.
Immersed in a culture that values being over doing, I discovered the power of slowing down and embracing a more feminine, balanced way of living. This shift not only restored my health but also sparked unexpected entrepreneurial success.
From that experience, I founded Attract Energy — a coaching and teaching practice devoted to helping others achieve more with less effort by harmonizing masculine and feminine energy. Using my signature framework, The Pink and Blue Energy Solution, I guide soul-led, growth-minded individuals on their own journeys of self-discovery and fulfillment.
Grounded in my core values of Connection, Health, Vitality, and Peace, I am passionate about empowering others to align their energy, reclaim balance, and create lives of authentic success.

I have received several accolades and awards over my twenty as a High School teacher and was humbled and grateful every time.
I know that this is not my first lifetime with this purpose; yet I feel very driven to expand and share my knowledge.
My first Life Coach training came through a seminar company that I had volunteered for twelve years; its focus was performance-based results.
Then I received a certification through Expert Coach Academy; my mentor is Ed JC Smith. I have training in NLP therapy, Ontology, Psychotherapy, Psychology and Reiki. I am now much more interested in alignment-based results.
My most recent endeavour has me taking many recovery coach classes, an initiative started in partnership with the Alberta Government

I am the Co-owner of Attract. I have been an entrepreneur for about 25 years, owned and ran a restaurant and farmers market business. Owned and operated Studio Me (a creative arts and wellness collaborative) for five years. I have also worked for a couple fortune 500 companies. I am recovery coach certified and work with men's groups. I also work for Waymarker Hospitality renting event space and hotel rooms on Waterton and Canmore. l love to create and come up with ideas, love to help people, work hard and play hard. I love my family and seeing adventures around the world.

I specialized in managing social media, creating content, conducting SEO, and handling administrative tasks such as email, calendar, and booking management.
I also oversee office operations, and ensured efficient communication with clients. I specialized in managing various aspects of digital marketing.
I am responsible for social media management, where I create and curate content for social media platforms, and manage social media accounts.
Additionally, I help with content creation for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media channels. And as of today I can say I have officially helped get a book published. I also do email marketing, where I created email campaigns, and managed email lists.
