I embarked on a journey of transformation after experiencing the detrimental effects of chronic stress and overwhelm while balancing a demanding career as a high school teacher, running a collaborative studio, serving on committees, coaching, and parenting teenagers.

Despite the societal glorification of busyness, I reached a breaking point when my health began to deteriorate, leading to a pivotal moment where I faced the possibility of a life-threatening illness. Determined to reclaim my well-being, I made the courageous decision to relinquish my teaching career, dissolve commitments, and embark on a soul-searching exploration to Costa Rica with my family.

Immersed in a culture that valued being over doing, I discovered the power of embracing a slower, more feminine approach to life, which not only revitalized my health but also catalyzed unexpected entrepreneurial success. Embracing self-awareness and harmonizing my energies, I founded a business centered around teaching others to achieve balance and fulfillment. Through the Pink and Blue Solution, I empower individuals to achieve greater results with less effort by tapping into the transformative potential of feminine energy.
